How do I exchange or return a purchase?
We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. All items are FINAL SALE.
Due to new rules and regulations of our shipping facility, we are unable to take back any products for sanitary purposes. The safety of our customers and our staff are our highest priority. If you choose to send back an item, it will be immediately discarded and not accounted for. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will assist you on a replacement.
Why was my order cancelled?
If you did not request a cancellation, there was a discrepancy with the billing or shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure to contact your financial institution to confirm or update your payment details before placing a new order.
When is my order going to be shipped?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and will arrive within 2-4 business depending on your location. During high volume periods (product launches, promotions, and holidays) please allow extra time for us to process your order. Please note: ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
My Items need to ship Internationally, do I have to pay any Taxes or Customs?
Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. GTL Beauty will not be held responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order.
I've received a damaged item.
We are so sorry your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within FOURTEEN days of the delivery date and include photos of the damaged items and we will issue a replacement. Be sure to include your order number!
If my tracking number says my package was delivered but I didn't receive it, what do I do?
We cannot be held responsible for missing/stolen packages if tracking says delivered to final location. Please contact the mail carrier with the tracking number and they will be able to track down the missing parcel.
I need to change my order or my shipping address. How can I do this?
Our orders normally process within 24-48 hours once they've been submitted. To correct any errors made with your order or your address information, we recommend contacting our customer service department to request a cancellation. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, the order will ship as is and cannot be modified.
I'm having trouble placing my order and need assistance.
